Booking Policies

Please familiarize yourself with our booking policies. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing that you have read and agree to our policies. 

Our booking policy has been created to ensure our clients are not inconvenienced by those who do not come to their scheduled appointments. 


A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to book any single Cryoskin session or facial. The fee is 100% NON-refundable and is credited towards your appointment. Please be aware that you will forfeit the fee if you cancel your session; no exceptions. An additional $100 fee will be required to book a new appointment.

​Once you have purchased a package of Cryoskin sessions or facials, the session will serve as your booking fee. Meaning, that if you miss your appointment you will lose one of the sessions in your package. This applies to rescheduling, cancellations, late arrivals, and no call/no shows as well.


We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your session. Please understand that such changes affect not only our techs but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, we REQUIRE 48 hours notice, otherwise, you will lose your booking fee or package session.

Please contact us via text (to your tech) to provide notice. 

If you cancel your appointment 48 hours (or more) prior to their session, you will not lose your booking fee or package session.

If you choose to NOT reschedule, you will forfeit your booking fee and any other future appointments will require another $100 fee to secure your appointment. If you have purchased a package and have remaining sessions available, a session will be used to secure your appointment.


Staying on schedule is of great importance to us. We never want you to feel rushed or hurried. All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the full service you are scheduled for. 


If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your session will need to be rescheduled and you will lose your booking fee.  



If you "no-show" your session you will lose your booking fee and you will be charged for the full retail cost of the session. It is highly unlikely you will be allowed to book with us again. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CHILDREN AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT YOUR APPOINTMENT. There is no place to accommodate them in the salon or our suite. If you show up with children or a pet, your appointment will be canceled, and you will forfeit your booking fee or package session. 

Package purchases are 100% NON refundable.
